When the inevitable problems occurred Emily and Chris pulled out all the stops to ensure a satisfactory outcome and at times doing far more than expected. The Hunters team impressed us right from the start with the presentation of their marketing material, standard of photography and enthusiastic approach. They gave us a valuation of the property for probate purposes and also a sale figure that we should expect to actually achieve. This second figure proved to be spot-on. As the house was an executor sale, we were not around locally, so we relied on Hunters to host the viewings and keep us well-informed of progress. They advised against staying with an early would-be purchaser (who was particularly fussy) but followed up with several more viewings and soon found us a buyer whose house they were also selling. After a little negotiation the sale proceeded rapidly. Communication was good at all times.
