Chris how amazing you are in finding the strongest buyers in a year that Is supposed to be the hardest to sell property. I needed to sell two properties which I had been renting since 2010.
• A 2 bedroom flat. Buyers found in 4 days. From start to finish took 1 month in January.
• A 3 bedroom house. Buyers found within 2 weeks and had 3 sets of offers with accepting over asking price, again all completed at spot on 1 month in September.
I came to sell my flat in January after using another estate agent in Burgess Hill with no offer after 3 months and Chris managed to somehow find my buyers in 4 days.
Emily was always there for me in finding my rental tenants who were all the safest I could have asked for and never had an empty property.
