“When you’ve tried the rest – then try the best” – this is definitely the case with Hunters, and I only wish I had found them sooner. Holly, Emily and Chris – what a team! I was so impressed with Chris when he came to my house, at very short notice, and showed such an sympathetic interest in selling the property. In more than 30 years of buying and selling houses, he is the best agent I have found. He was on the ball, arranged fantastic photos and details of my home, and immediately had clients round viewing. Not only did he keep me in touch at every stage, but he was courteous, friendly and upbeat, and found two prospective buyers in four days! After accepting a very good offer, Chris was diligent in liaising between the purchasers and the solicitors and myself, and was so on the ball that he was on the phone, telling me that exchange had taken place, before I heard from my own solicitor. Chris is a shining star in the world of estate agents. Thank you Chris, may you go far.

I have thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Hunters estate agents. On my initial meeting with Phil I found him to be very reassuring and enthusiastic about my property, far more interested than other agents that visited and then managed to secure a buyer at more money than another agent had recomended the property be marketed for! The sale went through very smoothly and I always felt that they were working hard on my behalf.
Phil Richardson has asked me if I have any suggestions for how his and his team’s service in selling me a flat in Haywards Heath could have been improved – and the answer’s NO! From rapid start to finish the whole thing has gone more smoothly than any property purchase I’ve ever made – not least because Phil not only organized everything perfectly (and was always one step ahead of my few questions) but also because, with his great local knowledge, he was able to recommend first-rate conveyancers and surveyors.
